Applied as a “paint”, it effectively attracts and eliminates flies, and its modern formula gives long-lasting protection of up to 8 months. It contains dinotefuran and tetramethrin, which act by contact and ingestion, quickly paralysing and eliminating flies. The formula also contains the pheromone Z-9-tricosene, a strong attractant that effectively lures the insects to where the product is applied, making it more effective. First results are visible within a few hours of application. MASTERFLY® BAIT is intended for use in stables, cowsheds, piggeries, poultry houses and other farm buildings. It is applied by painting surfaces or prepared panels which, once dry, are placed where flies are active, out of the animals’ reach and away from feed and water.

Preparation and application
  • Mix the powder with water in the ratio given on the pack to a paint-like consistency
  • Brush it onto surfaces or onto prepared panels or boards
